Can I cancel my order?

We take pride in our products and hope that you'll love them. Unfortunately, we can not cancel an order once it has been processed or shipped. If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and processing has not yet begun, we will cancel your order. But, you will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 25% of your order. 

Can I return my item and receive a refund?

We do not issue refunds and all sales are final.

What should I do if I received a defective or wrong item?

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Items must have all tags, can not have been worn, and free of stains and odors.

If your return is approved, return shipping costs would be customers responsibility.
