Shipping policy

It is our goal to process your order immediately, processing can take 1-3 business days. We have warehouses across the world, so shipping times vary. Estimated shipping time is typically 1 - 2 weeks after order has been processed.

Also, we have fulfillment centers across the United States. Because your items may be coming from different warehouses, your items will arrive as they are ready and possibly arrive in different packages.

We do provide tracking information as soon as your order is sent out to you. On a rare occasion, our warehouse will inform us they sent out a product, but did not send us tracking. If this happens, please contact us immediately.
